Mission Rallies
You are invited to the February Regional Mission Rallies! In February, NCBM will host a series of Mission Rallies across the state. These rallies (10 of them) will highlight the variety of opportunities NC Baptists have to be involved in missions across our state, in our nation, and around the world. Featured will be worship, testimony, mission video, and a prayer time for missions. These rallies are for men, women and youth- everyone interested in missions is encouraged to attend. To sign up go to

Dental Ministry
Your church  can provide free dental care to people who cannot afford to visit the dentist. The mobile dental ministry of NCBM has two mobile dental units available to NC churches.  Our bus driver and host bring the bus to  your location.  You enlist local dentists to volunteer their services.  Those in dire need of dental care, with no way to pay for it, receive dental care at no cost to them.  There is a small charge to the church for use of the mobile units.  Saturday is the most popular day for sponsoring dental clinics.  We have four Saturdays available in 2014:  June 21, August 2, November 22 and December 13.  More information is available at http://www.baptistsonmission.org/Projects/Type/Medical-and-Dental.aspx

You can also call or email Joanne Honeycutt:  jhoneycutt@ncbaptist.org   ph:  1-800-395-5102  ext 5603.

Red Springs

Red Springs and Shelby Mission Camps
Teams serving at Red Springs and Shelby Mission Camps have the opportunity to make an impact on people's lives. The Mission Camp Leadership will identify a project based on the current need and the skills of your team. While the service provided by teams is important in and of itself, the opportunity to build relationships, pray for, and minister to the local homeowner is the real purpose of the Mission Camp. You schedule your time to volunteer. The cost is only $21 per person per day, which includes lodging, meals and supplemental volunteer insurance.

Learn about Roma Partnership Opportunities
Join us this summer as we minister and share the gospel with the Roma Gypsies of Eastern Europe. Teams will have opportunity to travel to Hungary and/or Romania to work with Roma children and adults in the churches and schools. Ministry opportunities include VBS, English camps, medical missions, worship services and light construction. To check out available dates and learn more information, go to

Communion Sets - Help our Roma Churches
Many of the churches we work with through our Roma Partnership are in need of communion sets for their Lord’s Supper Services. Perhaps your church has older sets that are no longer needed. Would you consider donating these for our Roma friends? They welcome used sets even if pieces are missing or broken. Contact Teresa Jones, tajones@ncbaptist.org or (800) 395-5102, ext. 5573 if you have items to donate. Your help is much appreciated!
