To secure your registration for camp, a $75 deposit (or $80 for one night mini-camps) is due within 2 weeks of registration. This deposit is non-refundable. If the deposit is not paid within 2 weeks, the registration will be voided. Church leaders registering a broup are afforded 3 drops with no penalty before the balance due date. If church group numbers are dropped after the balance due date, there is a drop penalty of $100 per drop. Final balance is due 4 weeks before your camp arrival date. NO fees are refundable after the balance due date except in event of illness, injury, or death in the immediate family. We reccomend early registration to reserve your spot. If it is after the registration deadline, please call for space availability before registering or changing numbers.
