Dear TIM Partner,
As this year comes to a close, I want to take a moment to thank you for being a valued TIM prayer and financial partner to save many lives and communities in Bihar, India.
Looking back on 2011, our passionate team – Leaders and Church planters along with clean water staffs, literacy & Sewing School Trainers together made a great difference in so many lives and helped thousands of people in various needs.
With your help, TIM has been able to provide about 200 clean water wells, adding to the total of 900 water wells in Bihar, helping thousands of villagers to have fresh water and for some tasting the clean water for the first time. For many, with fresh water, you gave new life – spiritually and physically. You have truly made a great difference in Bihar and in God’s kingdom. Many churches have been planted just because of the water wells. Over 1500 people were provided a job through water wells this year alone.
CHRISTMAS OUTREACH 2011:
75,000 people are believed reached through 2011 Christmas outreach. (Full report in January). Last year we reached more than 62,000 plus people (12,000 above our goal). Praise God for the thousands of lives reached and saved. I had the privilege to speak in 4 outreaches on the 25th. In one of the outreaches, after sharing from Lk. 4:18-19, I asked who needs this Jesus? Out of the 2000 people gathered who listened me silently, many of them stood up to pray. I was truly amazed by the response. I can tell you with full conviction that many are turning to Christ. We are not too far away from a Mass turnout for Christ. God is using you and T.I.M to touch lives. Please wait for a full report next month as all church planters meet on January 3 & 4 for 2 days of reporting and goal setting. Thanks for praying and supporting this amazing outreach which people with great enthusiasm and longing attended.

Orphanage:
30 children are receiving complete care through our Mercy Home (orphanage). These children were neglected and living without hope and proper care. TIM Ray of Hope Mercy Home is changing their lives both spiritually and physically.
Literacy Training:
900 children were able to receive literacy Training. Almost 4000 children have received training in different villages of Bihar so far. Many children have got admission in the school. Above all, we have been able to share the Love of Jesus with these little children. They are going to be the future Christians in Bihar.
Sewing Training:
150 sewing machines were distributed adding to the total of 350 machines to help poor and needy women to own a business. Every year, About 400 women are receiving sewing training from 8 sewing centers. This year , two new centers were opened. We have amazing testimonies of women (muslim, various people groups from Hinduism) whose lives have been changed through the sewing training.
Adopt A Village:
35 new villages have been adopted adding to the total of 110. Each village adopted has a prayer or worshiping group. Praise God for the 152 village churches and over 7000 new believers. More than 1200 villages have been reached by the gospel of Christ. So many villages heard the gospel for the first time.
All of these life-changing ministries are happening because of your prayers and support.
As we look ahead to 2012, T.I.M will be focused on even more ways reaching unreached people groups and unreached villages to redeem lives. You have been a great encouragement and blessing to us to touch lives and communities in Bihar, India. Your financial support to T.I.M is critical to continuing our work. TIM Center construction. Any gift is appreciable. But we are praying for 5 donors who can give $5000 each, three donors who can give $10,000 each and three donors who can give $25,000 each and one donor with $50,000. This will help us to finish the first phase and accommodate the orphanage children and pastors training.
