September 6, 2011 -Tornado Update

September 6, 2011 - After nearly five months of hard work and dedication by our coordinators and hundreds of volunteers, the NC Tornado relief and recovery efforts out of Carolina Pines Baptist in Raleigh will come to an end on September 10. Many thanks to the congregation of Carolina Pines for use of their facilities, and to Lin Honeycutt, Ken Shelden, and others for their dedication to this project.

If your church is still interested in helping those affected by the April tornadoes, you can contact Lynn Tharrington at ltharrington@ncbaptist.org about the Church-to-Family Partnership, whereby your church would be matched with a family in need for assistance.
