Projects at the Puu Kahea Baptist Conference Center in 2012:

We are delighted to continue our relationship with the Puu Kahea Baptist Conference Center on the island of Oahu. The conference center has undergone many improvements in the past few years and is a major ministry resource for Hawaii Baptist congregations in inspiring and training their members for ministry. The camp also reaches many lost who come to enjoy a week of summer camp. Many NC teams have served at Puu Kahea over the past several years in maintenance and light construction projects. In addition, many NC couples have served for 1-2 month stints as assistant camp directors. Teams and couples are needed in 2012 as well.  See the 2012 Project Request List below.

Note that there is an option for maintenance and construction teams to also do some evangelistic outreach through sports clinics and/or Backyard Bible Clubs if the team wishes. These ministries, as well as prayer walks and other forms of outreach, can be arranged through the camp director if the team so desires.
