We each have God-given gifts and talents that can be used to help others. NCBM's volunteerism program connects people with missions opportunities suited just for them.

The purpose of the NCBM Agricultural Ministry is to help Christians share the love of Jesus by becoming involved in missions that address poverty and hunger wherever they exist.
The Aviation Ministry ministers in the following areas: Charitable medical air transportation, Disaster Relief support, Young Eagles flights for children and youth.
Today, lay people are rediscovering their first love through Church Renewal Journey (CRJ), a Bible-based approach to motivate laity to return to a passionate walk with God.

The purpose of NCBM’s Disaster Relief Ministry is to relieve human suffering caused by disasters by providing among other things: hot meals, debris removal, child care and family assistance.
One of the ministries of North Carolina Baptist Men and Women is the Fellowship of Baptist Educators which has more than 800 Baptist educators who use their educational skills to fulfill the Great Commission.

Medical and Dental
NCBM offer the use of the medical/dental buses to Baptist and non-Baptist churches and service organizations within North Carolina who wish to reach out to people in need

Sports and Recreation
We use sports and recreation as a vehicle to establish relationships with people. A high percentage of the world's population enjoys sports as participants or spectators.
