The Deep Impact/DI Kids mission opportunity is a ministry sponsored by NC Baptists On Mission and offers students the opportunity to be a key part of making Deep Impact Student Missions Weeks and DI Kids Weeks successful. Summer missionaries help maintain and run Deep Impact and DI Kids Camps. These summer missionaries plus our assistant directors and project coordinator comprise the Deep Impact Staff.
Staff members must be spiritually mature and a growing Christian. The Deep Impact Missions summer calendar consists of a training week with multiple DI camps over an 8-9 week period. All staff are given a stipend for their work each week of $210, and all meals and lodging are covered. Additionally, all college staff will have the opportunity to travel and participate in one of our weeks in Honuduras, Cuba, or Puerto Rico.
