This disaster and the response of volunteers who want to help is unprecedented. We are taking volunteer registrations on the form below.

The Volunteer for Recovery Tab is primarily for those wanting to volunteer in recovery (chainsaw, mud out, temporary roof repair). We have jobs in all of these areas to complete; however, much of our work is chainsaw. On chainsaw work, we can only use trained and very experienced Chainsaw teams.

We are starting to do rebuilding of homes. The Volunteer for Rebuild Efforts Tab is for volunteers who want to help get families back in their homes through Essential Rapid Repairs and then later with long term rebuilding.

If you are trained in other Disaster Response ministries, please reach out to your ministry leader and they will do their best to place you in a location where your ministry is being utilized.

When registering your group, please register as one group and not individually. We will be communicating through emails and on this website. Try to register your group at least 4 days prior to your desired departure date of arrival. 

We know that many people want to go now, but we want to stress that this is a long term response that will take many years. We are asking volunteers to be flexible as needs and opportunities change daily. Please be patient as we make assignments and additional areas open up.Please continue to pray for our brothers and sisters in Western North Carolina.
