We are ready for volunteers in Polk County. Roads are opening and we are able to go to some of the places that were compromised by flood/landslides earlier this week. The church location where we are setup is in Columbus, NC.

The main type of work is cleanup such as removing wet furniture, floors, doors, wallboard, etc. Food, housing and showers are available if you need to stay over night (bring your own bedding).

If you serve in one of the non-recovery ministries such as admin, feeding, mrc, safety, etc., please contact your team leader or regional coordinator to schedule your involvement. If you are interested please complete the information below to get started. After registration you will receive additional information re: your involvement. Minimum age is for those that have finished 6th grade and up.
