The NC coast experienced significant rainfall on September 16 and 17 from a weather low that formed right off our coast. Some areas had up to 18 inches of rain. Brunswick County sustained the most rain. We have two different recovery sites set up at churches in Leland and Southport. For those that want to help in our recovery effort please click on the Volunteer Now tab. Please provide us with dates you want to serve and how many people are on your team.
