Training opportunities for medical and dental volunteers are offered through the Disaster Relief program.  This training is one of the requirements to join the Medical Reserve Corps. See Training - Disaster Relief.
No training is required for medical and dental professionals who wish to work with the Mobile Medical/Dental Ministry. Physicians, dentists, nurses, dental assistants and hygienists are needed to volunteer their time at free dental clinics in their area.

Individuals who are interested in volunteering as Dental truck drivers or hosts with the Mobile Dental Ministry should contact Krissy Watson,  Mobile Dental Ministry Coordinator at 1-800-395-5102, ext. 5603 or kwatson@ncbaptist.org. Drivers and hosts are required to complete a training course and work alongside an experienced driver at three or more dental clinics prior to being certified.

Individuals who are interested in volunteering as Health Screening bus drivers or hosts with the Health Screening bus ministry should contact John Reese, the Health Screening Ministry Coordinator at 1-800-395-5102, ext. 5610 or jreese@ncbaptist.org. Drivers and hosts are required to complete a training course and work alongside an experienced driver at three or more clinics prior to being certified.
