One team of 6-12 volunteers is needed to prepare meals for a week of summer camp. Meals will be planned and food purchased by the camp food services director, who will also supply guidance to the team. Team will be responsible for all meal prep, cooking, serving and clean up after each meal. The day begins early and concludes around 7:00 p.m. Most days will have a couple hours to rest, relax, and enjoy camp in between meals. Volunteers with cooking skills and able to lift pots and pans are needed. Team will need to provide their own transportation and meals on travel days.  Arrival to camp will be the afternoon before the 1st day of camp is to begin (dates below are camp dates).  Departure is the last day of camp after clean up. Camp will provide lodging and does have several camper hook-ups for those who would like to bring their RV. Meals will be provided while camp is in session and team is cooking for campers. Note:  Teams working with children and youth will have professional background checks on all members. Team leaders will be sent a Volunteer Team application and background check information from Truett’s Volunteer Coordinator. The camp will cover the cost of the background checks.

Team Member AC25-011
Team Leader - If you are registering your team members, make sure you are "signed out". Look at top right hand corner of the page. If not, the system will think you are trying to sign up again. Under "Choose Quantity" put the number of team members you have. Note that if you are registered as the team leader, you do not have to list yourself again. On the second page it will ask for your dates of service, and your "team name" (not the project number). This is a name that the team leader assigned when he/she signed up for the project. If you do not know this team name, please refer to the email Mark Abernathy sent. On the third page you simply fill in the information required for each team member - usually name, email (required), church, and city. Once completed, hit "Register". You should see a "Thank You" page. You're done. Thanks!
