Remodel of Church-Owned House
Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania

A few teams are needed to completely gut and drywall the third floor of a house that church owns and uses for church offices, conference room, counseling offices and to house office space for local non-profits doing kingdom work in the city. The third floor of the house has two rooms that are lath and plaster and a large space that is not finished. Church would like to pull the lath and plaster off of the walls from the stairway up and throughout the third floor, make any needed repairs, and then drywall the rooms. Some framing, electrical, and insulation of the rooms may be required. The cost is estimated to be around $8K. Church would greatly appreciate any donations teams can provide toward cost of the project. Project will most likely be completed in phases and utilize several teams. Need those with carpentry, drywall, electrical and drop ceiling installation experience. Team can sleep in the church, which has showers and a full kitchen team can use to prepare their meals. Local hotels are available as well if team prefers (Can be combined with PA22-012; 013; 014; 015; 017)
