Baptists on Mission Disaster Response is in Grenville, KY helping our friends who have experienced tornadoes across their state.AS OF TODAY, we have over 100 jobs to assess and to work. Please consider putting together a chainsaw team to come to Greenville, KY (Muhlenburg County) ASAP. We need trained and untrained volunteers. We need people who are trained on our aerial lift and people to operate skidsteers. The church and community has put the word out that help is available so we expect our work orders to grow. We have plenty of space for your cot or air mattress in air conditioned lodging. We have hot meals, hot showers and volunteers to keep your clothes clean. We have tools, but you are welcome to bring your own. Those of you that are trained; this is a great time to encourage others in your church and community to get involved in Disaster Response. Put together a team. Come serve others! And most of all come share the love of Christ! Let's help our friends in KY! Sign up at this link: |
