Equipping Christians through fellowship, networking and education to demonstrate Christ’s love to those who are hurting.

Equipping Churches to Serve Their Communities

As demographics in North Carolina continue to change, churches are facing challenges as they try to minister to the needs of families within their communities. The Compassion Ministries team is identifying successful models of ministry that are addressing food insecurity, homelessness, literacy, addiction and other issues. Our goal is to provide information of successful models and facilitate contact for individuals who are willing to share from their own experiences to open the doors for ministry to happen in communities across NC.

Upside Down

Meet the Need First offers practical, biblically grounded principles for churches and ministry leaders seeking to serve people in their communities. Based on the experience of the Graffiti Network, the guide explores how meeting practical needs, building relationships and serving with consistency can create opportunities for faith to grow and communities to experience lasting change.
