Armenia is preparing for an influx of more than 100,000 refugees after Azrbaijan seized control of the Nagorno Karabakh Region in late September 2023. The region, with a population made up almost entirely of ethnic Armenians, had been disputed between Armenia and Azerbaijan for more than 30 years.

Baptists On Mission has already sent $50,000 to the Armenian Baptist Union for the Armenia refugee crisis. We plan to send more funds and volunteers if that door opens.
