Armenia AR24-01A

NC Baptist Men will be continuing projects in Armenia in 2024.  There is a small, but strong group of Baptists in Armenia.

As God leads, teams will be able to plan a variety of ministries including sports camps, VBS, medical clinics, eyeglass distributions, conferences for pastors, women's conferences, teaching at the seminary, and sharing in worship services.  Teams will also be able to visit churches and potential church plant sites, see potential construction or evangelism sites, and visit the seminary where pastors from Armenia and the surrounding area are trained.

Armenian Baptists need help in purchasing buildings, with labor, and funds for renovation. Particularly strategic construction projects are expanding a church building in southern Armenia, completing a church building in Yerevan, and renovating a building that will house a seminary and a church plant in a border area.

There is a desire for conferences for pastors, women, students, and outreach to children.  There are many children in Armenia, so leaders who can help churches develop a variety of ministries to reach children will find many opportunities.  The purpose of the project is to work with the Armenian Baptist Union and national pastors to reach communities for Christ.

The cost of the trip will vary depending on airfare and the type of project in which the team is involved.
