Baptists on Mission volunteers are serving all over the world in a variety of ways. Join us for ministry in a variety of ways and places outside the U.S.! There are great opportunities in places like Cuba, Haiti, Hungary, Ukraine, Armenia, Romania, Moldova, Kenya, Guatemala, South Africa and more.
Baptists on Mission mobilizes teams to work alongside the Baptist Union of Armenia to complete strategic projects in Armenia. purchasing or constructing of buildings. Opportunities include medical clinics, pastor's conferences, eyeglass distribution, women's conferences, VBS, teaching seminary students, sports camps, and more. Financial contributions are also needed for construction materials and to hire some Armenians to help with construction.

Baptists on Mission, working in cooperation with Good Shepherd Ministries in central Guatemala, send teams to assist in the construction in and around the Good Shepherd Center this year and beyond.
On January 12, 2010 Haiti was struck by a tremendous earthquake that caused extensive damage. Baptists on Mission responded accordingly with a medical team as requested by a mission in Haiti. Since that initial team arrived, we have been sending teams to assist with the needs. From January 2010 until December 2014, the Lord worked through 1,500 construction and medical volunteers.
Baptists on Mission's office has been involved in a Partnership with the Eastern Baptist Convention of Cuba for many years. Volunteer teams from North Carolina will have the opportunity to engage in a number of construction project. Volunteers have a great opportunity worship, work with and get to know our Cuban Baptist brotherts and sisters.
Baptists on Mission is sponsoring mission teams to Kenya. Volunteers teams partcipate in a house-building/church planting effort in Western Kenya and are involved in outreach.
At the request of the Baptist Union of Moldova, Baptists on Mission is working to partner NC congregations with Moldova “mother churches” for the purpose of supporting church planters. There are over 750 villages in Moldova with no evangelical presence. Churches agree to financially support the work of a church planter for five years. Once partnered, churches may also take teams to conduct mutually-agreed upon projects or ministries.
Baptists on Mission is currently serving Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) living in Western Ukraine. Projects include medical clinics and construction on a building to be used for feeding, medical clinics and a church plant in Western Ukraine.
Baptists on Mission will be doing projects in Hungary and Romania this year. Hungarian Baptist Aid and Baptists on Mission are working among Roma (Gypsy) people in Romania, Hungary and Ukraine.
Baptists on Mission is partnering with Door of Hope Children's Mission to develop a village that will house abandoned children and infants near Johannesburg, South Africa. Teams will build cottages that will house 6 abandoned children and their house parents.
