Baptists on Mission exists to Glorify God by involving churches and Christians in meeting human needs in Jesus’ name
ServeNC is a missions blitz in your community. Imagine your whole church active in missions in your community! The dates for 2024 are August 3-10, 2024. Pick one day or several days during this ServeNC week. Imagine the impact of hundreds of churches across North Carolina serving their communities during this week! Move your church out of their seats and into the streets!
Each North Carolina community is unique, and ServeNC will help North Carolina churches to consider the needs of their communities and work to meet those needs. Possible projects include Backyard Bible Clubs, sewing projects, home repairs, wheelchair ramp construction, homebound visitation, yard work for elderly, blood pressure checks, affirmation of public servants, prayerwalks, block parties, projects at schools, garden projects, child care and nursing home ministry. Think of people in your community who need Christians to touch their lives in the name of Jesus Christ. On ServeNC Days, August 3-10, 2024, hundreds of churches and thousands of volunteers will share the love of Jesus with those who have never heard the Good News about Jesus. God may lead you to make this a key part of your local ministry on a regular basis.
There will be many training opportunities. More information will be coming soon.
